Default 03 trans noise

My wife's 03 NBC 6spd auto, picked up a growl/ vibration in the front end. The trans shifts smoothly up and down, the noise & vibe start at about 30-35. No clicking or other cv shaft noises, the noise in consistant with the wheels straight or turned and seemingly equal side to side. With the vehicle of the ground, in gear and right front tire held solid it does seem louder on the left. Is the diff serviceable separately from the trans, as in separate fluid or shared. Can it be rebuilt seperately?

Could be a bad wheel bearing.

I was kinda hoping for a wheel bearing, I don't feel anything odd while spinning the wheels by hand. They both "feel" smooth, but at 35mph things change. It's up on blocks at the moment. I'll pull the wheels tomorrow and take a better look.
One quick question, how much fluid should I get when I pull the drain plug? I got almost a quart before it stopped, if I'm doing it correctly there should have been a lot less. There is almost no info out there on these 09G's.

finally got around to looking at the car. Where can I buy parts for this trans, I'm leaning towards a diff issue. Fluid is used but ok, no metal in the fluid or in the pan. Pulled the plug under the center of the diff and the magnet is clean. How much play should there be with the axles still installed, should the trans end move or should it be solid in the bearing. If I grab the end of the axle shaft where it meets the trans it has noticeable wobble, more than most other fwd vehicles I've worked on. I'm feeling a bearing or spider issue causing my growl.
