6speed tiptronic tranny problem

I own 2003 Cabrio New Beetle with tiptronic tranny,I hit a curb.All transsmision fluid (or most) leak out.pan under the car push my trany,and some how make my bolts loose (: ,I don't know how and way it happen ! Now I try to tight some of thouse bolds,no all,to do all I have to drop my trany.I put new fluid in,and my car runn very funny,strts from 2 or 3 gear,and my display look funny to [P][R][N][D][3][S].I strip my gear selector and magnets are in place.I can't find trany control module ! Anyone now where is it ? I purchase on ebay set of cable to read the code from my tranny ,it is not working at all ! I don't know if I have to have operating sytem XP ,with my Vista is not reading at all,I install software in my laptop and look OK ,but when I plug in to my car it shows nothing Help me please !
