Default click when reversing to the left

when i drive of my driveway ( in reverse) i head a click sound ( or more like a clunk). I have a little hump at the end of my driveway and it only happens then. Does that indicate that i need new ball joints? This happened to me once before in a dodge neon, and it was a stipped bolt connection the hub assembly that gave way. By no means do i want this to happen to me again. Any info on what you think it might be would be great thanks.

Maybe. Could also be swaybar bushings (most likely), upper strut mounts/bearings, control arm bushings or tie rods as well. Its going to take someone with a trained eye to track it down.
