I have a 1998 automatic Beetle 2.0 and need to replace the transmission pan. Does anybody have a good place to get parts other than a dealer for this? It seems the bolt that holds the fluid is leaking and when I am parked on an uphill or downhill incline it leaks fluid. I have had it serviced twice with the second time having the plug replaced because it was stuck in the hole so I think it was stripped and I just want to replace the whole pan. At $200.00 a pop it's time for something different to hopefully solve this problem.
