Step 1:
Remove automatic transmission, all related parts and take them to the scrapyard.
Step 2:
Install proper 5 speed manual transmission. Done. Problem solved.
I'm not being a smartass either, these transmissions are junk, and yours is on its last legs. Mine did the same thing, want to guess what transmission is in my car now?
