New question on valve body issue

I am finally getting my wifes '03 NBC 1.8t into the indy shop for a check up on whats going on with the tranny. We have been out of town for a while, so first chance I had to get it to them. Anyway, the problem ours is having is the tranny seems to "double" shift from 3-4th, and a hard downshift from 4-3rd. This only happens when the car is warm. Most others I have read have been hard shift from 1-2 and it seems it always happens whether warm or cold. Could this be the valve body or possibly another issue? I will find out for sure tomorrow, but wanted to ask to stay ahead of the game.

***Update**** Well there does not seem to have been an issue that the indy shop found. through no codes when they hooked up to the computer, so I am not going to worry about it now.
