I had to get one of these and this is the cheapest price I could find 13.99 plus 8 bucks to ship.

You can pick up a whole set of the triple square/12-point bits for $10-$15 more. Worth the investment if you do some DIY as VW loves their 12-point bolts.

When you get it; let us know the brand, quality, where its made and some pics when you get it! Its always a struggle to find a quality tool these days...

will do, I was about to resort to buying a 16mm star and drilling out the center. you can get it through Sears but it was about 5 bucks more with tax on top of that.

ZDMAK; typically sells: Hazet, Stahlwille, Gedore, Mantra (german made oem vw tools); the socket is a triple square XZN; so, a torx drilled out probably wouldn't have worked anyway!
