this show is well worth the trip,
last year there were somewhere around 1200 vws there , every kind imaginable , great show , great people !

were caravaning over friday afternoon leaving here around 3:00

i will deff look for ya jerry!! it takes about 7 hours for us (me and dad) to get up there. i will be there friday night. prolly can find us at denny's for dinner. itll be the rental car with arkansas plates on it.

heres the registration site , you have to pre-register by may or it will cost $20 the day of the show , plus with your registration you get the goodie bag at the door , with poster and t-shirt , hat pin etc ,, definatly a good time will be had by all

yep , so drag out the old meyer manx toys and get a autograph , hes getting up there and wont be around forever , truely one of the greats of vw history in the usa
he did pretty good making a dune buggy instead of a hot tub !

I'm in Champaign. I can't believe that this show has been going on and I didn't know about it. I'll try to make it.. in fact, there is a group here that is looking for a motorcyle road trip, this may be the right excuse!
