Ya know if you really gotta sell Oscar you need to be there and put him in the show somehow/someway with a sign. Gotta be the best spot to sell east of the Rockies on that day.

If someone like Bill does in fact want to take Oscar to Volksfest with a forsale sign. I will give 10% of the total money to them providing they get at least $3890. Any less and I will pay them the differential between it and $3500. I'd like more obviously since more is better but ya.

Hey Jerry you could just buy Oscar and show him yourself.

I'm thinking. I'd like to help out and make some extra $$, but I've got some "what if?" concerns since I don't have my normal Fri-Sat weekend and I've got to be at work Sun am. Oscar is a 40 yr. old car, say something mechanical/electrical happens--I'd have to abandon the poor guy somewhere until Tues when I could help again to get him home. I wish, just for this day I still had my truck--I have a VW tow bar. I'm prolly being paranoid, but I can't afford to risk anything w/ regards to the job, this includes possibly a super late night getting/fixing an old car and getting it home and then having my performance suffer bigtime the next day. I'm so close to a promotion into a spot w/ good pay and bennies, if I screw up? Q: when I had OB's I didn't go anywhere w/o a spare clutch and throttle cable, jumper wire to go directly from battery to coil if necessary and tools--you have spare cables?

I had a great time, there were quite a few vehicles there. Congrats to Kathy for winning 1st place and Jerry for bringing home 2nd.
