This has been a long time coming. This is where many of us PA/OH folks had our very first NB GTG. QSL is always a favorite for GTGs due to it's car theme. The Sharon location is the original location (for the franchise, not just the GTGs).

I think it's time to go back to our roots and head back up to Sharon.

We're thinking sometime in April? All you who came to the original, let's do what we can to all make it back, and bring along many of those who didn't make it before.

Give me some ideas of dates in April.

Some pics of our original gtg.

Those are the only ones I could find. I'm sure I have more. I can check when I get home.

That's where I first heard Chris' meep meep horn and decided I must have one too!!!

I spy quite a few cars from members still active on the board. I can't believe how much a couple have changed and how 1 in particular has stayed exactly the same.

I've been thinking along the same lines, Pete. I am sooooo up for another QSL GTG.

Pete, this is a great Idea! It's like the Holy Grail for Oh/Pa peeps. I mean first QS&L and first GTG,too cool, It's early, but Rusty and I would love to attend.

This could be the "Big One". I'm thinking later in April, maybe the 19th or 26th. Prolly the best chance for good weather.

BTW: What year was the 1st GTG?

Oh I have more pics from the GTG but I have to wait until I get all the pics off my old computer to my new one.

I'm game for a GTG after April 15.

2002. Probably around the May time frame.

Here are a few more pictures I found.

I will ask the wife, but with the baby, a five and a bit hour road trip is ... most likely not going to happen.

After ten years with these people, I finally have semi stable days off (Sunday and Monday) so...if any portion falls on a Sunday, I'm game.
