Jacob's going to try to come to NYC!

Okay, in a little over a week I'm going to try flying standby to New York to visit some family for the weekend. Just thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone would have a chance for a bit of a visit! I think I'll be in the middle of Manhattan but I suppose anywhere is easily accessible as long as I can figure out public transportation. Remember, I'm from Oklahoma!

The plans are to land there around 9 PM Fri and head back out around 3 PM on Sun. Hope to see some of you soon!

Where would you be flying in to? JFK I, suppose?

Next Saturday, we are supposed to be in Staten Island for the day (Small town drivers in the big city !) I'll see if we can come over....?

Yep, supposed to be in Queens? before noon to pick up some seats for Cleo...LOL don't see you for Years...and possibly will see you twice in as many months...weird!

Well, coming down closer and it still looks good! Coming home will be a little concern (as it usually is) but I'm liking my chances!

Oh, and if it will help anyone's plans, I'll be staying in Chelsea. But I guess the transportation is easy enough to get anywhere.

Also, as an option, my mom's cousin will be in an improv show Saturday night, so if anyone likes we could maybe go to that. Of course I'm sure there are a couple of other things to do in the area, too.

I know how it feels

Been at MCO for a whole day when a storm was heading.
Just got out on time....

Oh and if a girl from Europe and a guy from NJ can get around in Manhatten, than a dude from OK can do it too

heheh It's actually raining today like it was on that day we went.

I'd say i'd like to come into the city as my future babymama wants to stare at a tree for about a minute and stare at windows. I don't know what the chances are. I have to do some math. Effing bills!

If you'll have us, i'll see what it's like on Sat.

It would be amazing if I could meet up with you 2! I think I'm pretty much open from like 3:00 on for Saturday, so if I could spend part of that with you that'd be great!

we have a holiday party by the shore on saturday, so we would be cutting things close going in ... or have to be there for like 8am ... ew

You betcha! Also, I am only an hour and a bit north of the city--- by car or train. So if you want to ever make a side trip if you have time, there are a couple orgers who can vouch for my hospitality and supreme burnt garlic bread.
