Western PA VW club

thinking about starting a western pa club for water cooled Dubbers, would like to kinda get a head count on people that might be interested. if it goes through it would consist of shirts stickers and hats, car shows, and cook outs. let me know what you think... THANKS!

i guess im thinking more of mid western pa. like Forest, Venango, Clarion, Jefferson, Butler, Armstrong, Indiana, Alleghany and Westmoreland countys.. im mostly out of Clarion county but i travel alot bewteen Forest and Indiana county. i really dont care where in western PA you are, the more the marrier.. its how far you wanna travel. im thinking of doin the get togethers in clarion, dubois, pittsburgh, and mybe blairsville. let me know either way and tell your friends.

nice nice. i just moved to callensburg but my vw is sitting at my inlaws house in marienville, while my engine is with me in calle. if all goes thru be prepared for the first meet to be in dubois. my wifes uncle owns the Harley shop there and would be a perfect and easy place to meet. (if i can get his ok lol)

There's a GTG in Pittsburgh, Aug. 22nd in Robinson. Try to make it if you can. Even though your Bug is down, you can meet some members.

I grew up in Mercer and made many trips to the Cook's Forest area hiking and trout fishing. One of my fav places.

ugh i really wish i could make it... but until the end of september i work all weekend every weekend... but let me kno if something comes up because i would love to meet some of the guys from here. im hoping to be attending meets and car shows with my car in the spring.

sadly my car is down : ( . i washed the motor yesterday.and when i went to pull it back in garage it was sputtering. so i took it for a ride hoping that heat would evaporate whatever water. well it sputtered badly and all the excess gas that wasn't being burned melted my cat. i mean the whole underside of my car was completely orange and smoldering. so hopefully nothing else is ruined and i can put a high flow on pretty easily.
