Pittsburgh VW Classic #3 September 12th, 2010

The Pittsburgh Classic is in its 3rd year at Pittsburgh Raceway Park.

This year we will be featuring two heads up racing classes. The Pro Outlaw class will be back again and now we have the Cooker's Street Shootout.

This event will include 3 1/8 mile bracket classes A total of $3000 will be given out in 3 classes. Will you be the one to take home the money?

Also included is 3 Heads up racing classes. A watercooled Street Challenge, the Pro Outlaw race and the Cooker's V-Dub Street Shootout in which there is a $3000 purse for the winner of the class! Sure to be some awesome racing going on that day!

Show car area and a New/Used swap meet area.

This event has a LOT of potential and We need YOUR HELP to continue in making this event the place to be in September.

Open to all VWs. There's classes for New Beetles. Both stock and modified. I know I'm late in getting it on here, but we'd like to get as many cars as we can to the event to help it grow. Also as an added bonus this year. HotVWs magazine will be covering the event. So clean those NBs up and come out!

As a part of Simpson Racing Engines, we will be there. Our car was on the shirt last year. We just got our new turbo in, so we will be there making 10.7 runs on 12 psi.
