Bengies Drive-in, Middle River, Maryland GTG

This idea came out of the NE Bugavan Thread for this years Tail of the Dragon event. This is the Drive-in that we had a GTG about 4 or 5 years ago:

All I can tell you is that my two daughters that came still bring it up every once and awhile. It was a really fun night out, especially if you haven't been to a drive-in before.

There is a little italian restaurant near-by that we could meet and eat at if people are interested as well, or we could find a place near the mall to do a group dinner.

White Marsh Mall is approximately 15 minutes away.


Please keep in mind that this is a "late night" GTG. They show at least two, sometimes three movies for the single admission price. Remember, it has to be dark out before they can start to run the movies.

Here is some info that I pulled from their website:

May 6th - May 7th (3 Movies)

• First Show @ 8pm
• Second Show @ 9:55pm
• Third Show @ 12:00PM

Sunday the 8th (2 Movies)

• First Show @ 8pm
• Second Show @ 10:15pm

So, throwing this idea out there, and looking for "dates" that we could do this.

I know a big group of folks are visiting the Dragon righ now, so maybe a date in June might work?

Let me know and let's start putting this one together gang

I've been in Wyoming for about 3 years or so, Life is good here but I sure miss the east coast gtg's oh, and Heidi likes the speed limits out here, 75 on the major highways.

Ok, how does the weekend of June 10th sound??

We can do either Friday or Saturday night, I'm open either way.

Like I posted earlier, due to the late hour of this one, we should try and GTG at one of the local Restaurants before hand.

The White Marsh Mall is only a few minutes away, so we can always find a place an meet up around 5:30 - 6pm to have a nice dinner. Would be cool to get everyone around a table and just hang-out for a bit.

Post-up if that weekend will work, and which night would be better for you.

Wow, the man that started it all!! How the heck are you? This was such a great GTG when we first did it. Glad to see that your still on the boards and still driving your Pod.

I might be interested. I will keep checking back. The only thing is that its a 3hr drive to and from, so might have to make it a over night trip.
