The two shows are not related and are at different locations. There is one "show" day for air-cooleds on the 10th, the 8th and 9th are a cruise and a GTG for pics, and one "show" day for water-cooled's on the 9th. BTW, I hear the air-cooled show is a great show.

it was great. not as many cars as the SFGTG, but still a good show, it was great to finally meet Bill, the car looks so much better in person.

miami's a bit too far away, alas. (and it's passed, anyways.) went to SEVWA's Volksfest in Greensboro NC on the 3rd. 99% aircooled on the VW side and some crazy-creepy tuner and tuner wanna-be's on the other side of the convention center (part of a different show, really). Was a way cool event. I even won a nifty beetle-top pen.

and not that i didn't know it before, but decided i really need a ghia 'vert. *swoon*

I could not go to the show. But a lot of my friends were there so I will get a report on saturday.
