Bug'n in July (July 19/20)

The annual North Alabama VW Club charity show
will be July 19-20, at Point Mallard Park, Decatur,
Alabama. Park is set-up for camping (RV to tent),
and features the famous Waterpark, right nest to
the show site. Open to all VWs, and free to the
public. Toy/concession/parts vendors, engine and
stereo sound-off contests, an engine blow, and
(new this year) gravity-powered scale model VW
drag racing, complete with sound effects and digital
timing. Gates open at 8 both days, and the show
cars are under the 24,000 sf Events Pavillion,
so it's rain-or-shine. Hope to see you there!
