Does anyone want to cruise to madison from the atl area?

I think it would be good to do it at like a mcdonalds or something just outside the perimiter on 20, just so no one has to backtrack. Even though that's basically gonna be the last leg for most people.

I'm up for it. You'd have to give me an exact location though. I'm very OTP (exit 115 I believe), but I have to head back to Jimmy Carter area anyway to get Matt, or meet up with him atleast if he decides to bring the wagon. So I'm cool with it!

Well, I'm on the complete other side of the perimeter but I'll do some scouting and tell you what I find.

How does meeting at Stonecrest Mall sound? It is on 20 just east of I-285.

oh wow. just looked up directions on google, and being so far east of atlanta, it looks like the fastest way there is actually 77->20, so it looks like i'll be heading through the columbia\aiken\martinez\augusta areas.....

So wait, are we still all initially meeting at the micro car museum or now at the mall instead? I wanna make sure I'm going to be going to the right place.

There's a BIG chance I can go now! I got my baby out of the shop the next morning All they had to do was reprogram the fuel system. I just have to check my $$ and make sure =^__^=

Well, I guess theres 2 meeting points. The museum at 10ish, but i thought a cruise to the museum would have been cool. So meeting an hour earlier to cruise down 20 would be fun. if anyones interested..

I'll pm you if we're able to make it. The house build is in it's final stages and we're prepped to be moving in that weekend. I know Shellbug has expresed interest and she's in Martinez.

the initial meet up point is at the museum. We're just kinda planning meet up spots for those who are traveling in the same direction. If you want to cruise with, that's great! If not, that's ok too.

I've gotten some responses from folks about their attendance and I'll be updating the list later today. Either way, I think we are going to have a great time, but I really hope that everyone can make it!

There has been a possible change of plans for me.

I might be heading out to Decatur GA and staying with my GF at her dads house there, on Friday night, which means not having to get up at 5:30am and leaving AL on Saturday to make the meeting time, and also gives me a chance to cruise in with some people from wherever to the meeting destination. Hopefully that will be the case.

I-20 & Stonecrest...backtracking a little bit for us, but not too terribly much. Sounds like a good choice! Perhaps there's a Chick-fil-A at that exit so those so inclined can grab some deeee-liciious and highly nutritious breakfast.

There is a Chick-fil-a right off the exit. What time should we meet up? 9ish?

If you want to cruise with us to the museam, meet us at the stonecrest CFA at 9am. If you want to go straight to the museam, be there at 10 am.
