I'm not sure we'll be able to make the ToD. We're just not going to have the money for it
With the economy, gas prices and possible joblessness, this is going to be an interesting year.

Glad to hear back from you. If there is a financial problems at the time of the GTG, don't worry about bringing anything, we'll cover for you. I'd rather have you folks there, for the fellowship and not bring anything, then not be there at all.

This may even be a darn good opportunity to bring cupcakes and get approval from the ToD head honchos for next years ToD Cupcake social!!

Checking funds and time frame and hopefully we will be rolling with the Jacksonville crew!

I wonder where are all the other Floridians....

Count Nurse Diesel and I in for this one. It's only about 5 hours north of us and we love to camp. It looks like there are plenty of campsites available for that weekend. As far as we know Wifey will be able to take that weekend off so it looks good right now. As long as we have recovered from BugButt after doing the 3,000 miles round trip to Roswell a month earlier we should be good to go. Any idea of which picnic shelter/area we will be meeting in? We would prefer to camp closer to the area if possible.

What's the route Al? Up 95 to 26 and through Columbia looks like the fastest. Depending on Wifey's schedule we may or may not be able to bugavan up with the rest of the Florida contingent.

Nah, it's not her ig switch. She's just not starting- not turning over or anything.

At the moment, i'm just stepping away from for a few days. Just chillin' reflecting on ToD and not stressing over the situation. She's safe and sound in the garage and will be shop ready later this week.

And yes, she'll be running and ready, come Dreher Island time
