SoCal: Bugs at the Beach show and shine :) June 26th

Bugs at the Beach will be taking place at Dockwieler Beach in El Segundo where we will have a bon fire and pot luck dinner during sunset, we will also be flying kites if anyone is interested, there will be games for everyone to participate in (it will be a surprise so don't ask what we are planning on doing )

We will be meeting at:
Ralph's
4311 Lincoln Blvd
Marina Del Ray, CA 90292

Time to meet: 3:00 pm we will be departing from Ralph's by 3:30, the drive is only about 5-10 minutes

Parking: $6.00 at the entrance for the duration of our GTG, it is a one time entrance fee, you CAN NOT leave and come back without paying another entrance fee, so please have everything you need before getting to the beach. We will be parking at the North end of the beach close to a bon fire pit, we will be able to see our bugs from where we are sitting.

Food: This will be a potluck type BBQ, Nic and I will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and the buns to go with

R.S.V.P. please let us know how many people you will be bringing with you and what you prefer to eat in regards to hamburgers or hot dogs, also put down what you would like to bring to contribute to the potluck

Hint: there are no tables or chairs to eat at, so please bring stuff that is easy to eat at the beach and don't forget beach chairs, blankets, towels or SUNBLOCK!!!!

Bon Fire: if anyone has access to fire wood or would like to bring some that would be AWESOME!!! We need all that we can get to keep our fire going for a long time

Driving Directions from 90 W: Take the 90 W to Lincoln Blvd, get in the inside right turn lane, you will see the Ralph's from the exit, make an immediate left at the first light and another left into the parking lot

yea for sure cuz the big socal euro meet is also this day as well!!! so i will make it work... and will be nice to finaly meet you as well...

the SoCal euro meet is the 19th or the 26th?? This will be a fun GTG, I have never been to one like it so why not put one together
