San Jose, CA event: Sat, October 9 @ 1:30 pm
Bay Area Beetle’s (BAB) September meet will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010.
DATE: October 9, 2010 (always the second Saturday of the month) TIME: 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm (after the one hour meet we will do a short cruise) LOCATION: Evergreen Village Square ( 4075 Evergreen Village Square, San Jose, CA 95135) DETAILS: We will be meeting around the big Evergreen Square where they hold the Farmers Market. Park on the side of the square closest to Classico Avenue. WHO: All beetle lovers are welcome…vintage and new beetles! Come join us. ALL ARE WELCOME!!! We hope all of you can come out and enjoy this great event!

Our first official event will embrace the spirit of Halloween. After the meet/lunch, we will cruise through the San Felipe/Metcalf hills. We will end up at the Spina Farms Pumpkin Patch.
 Spina Farms Pumpkin Patch is located in beautiful Coyote Valley at the corner of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Bailey Avenue between San Jose and Morgan Hill in Santa Clara County. It is bordered by bright yellow sunflowers and filled with an abundance of amazing pumpkins. Come ride the Spina Pumpkin Express TRAIN for a tour of the pumpkin patch. And NEW this season...Explore our Indian Corn field on an old-fashioned HAY RIDE adventure! Decorating with PUMPKINS is especially fun when you have over 60 unique varieties to choose from. We had our first official BAB (Bay Area Beetle) Meet today.
We hung out at Evergreen Village Square, then cruised through San Felipe Mountains, and ended at the Spina Farms Pumpkin Patch. Here are a few pics. Enjoy!
