San Jose, CA event on November 13, Saturday!
The next Bay Area Beetle (BAB) event will be on the second Saturday in November.
All VW beetles are welcome from the San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco, and the greater CA Bay Area! WHEN: Saturday, November 13, 2010: VW Beetle CAR MEET WHERE: Evergreen Village Square (4075 Evergreen Village Sq, San Jose, CA 95135) On Ruby Road, off Aborn Rd. East near Capitol Expressway & Hwy 101, San Jose, CA DETAILS: 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm ~ MEET @ Evergreen Village Square in San Jose, CA 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm ~ ACTIVITY – TBD: Group beetle car cruise, a group meal, or group activity. Post up if you have an idea of something you would enjoy to do for the activity… We would love to meet you and your beetle! ALL are welcome!

Sweet. No plans have been set in stone just yet, but maybe (since you are coming down from Napa) we can take a cruise from the meet spot to some place north for dinner/activity.
Bay Area Beetle is still in its infancy stage. We are trying to build a member base and always looking for suggestions on how to grow and improve.

Welcome to CA 70Autostick!
I can't wait to meet you and your beetle at the BAB Meet. I lived in Napa a few years ago, but now live in San Jose. Both are great cities to live in! Especially with bugs  We plan to post up the event on a few other beetle car clubs (vwvortex & nag sites). BAB has our main site at: Bay Area Beetle Feel free to spread the word on any other sites you know about & recommend.

Well I would like to see everything, I have never been to the Bay Area...but again it is 6 1/2 hours away, I would have to leave at 5:30 am to get there at 1:30 pm and then drive all the way home the same day

That would be awesome to spend the weekend up there carabuggin', but being on unemployment, I don't get a whole lot of money each check, so I am kinda broke
 so unless a miracle happens, I will probably need to pass this time around

If it is 3 hours south of you THAT means it is 3 hours north of me...thats EXACTLY half way
we could make a day out of it to justify the driving time
