Wanted: 2010 Final Edition Stuff

I've got my dealer hunting, if they ever get anything. But I'm sure there has to be some Final Edition memorabilia out there somewhere. What I'm desperately seeking is a few brochures.

Here in the Netherlands it is hard to find something from USA. Even the Famous Auction site hasn't anything.
Can I make you happy with doubles from here? Just let me know iff and what you collect.

I don't know if they have such material. I asked for similar brochures on my Red Rock and all I got was a print out from VW site that only dealerships can access. It was printed out in black and white and I thought I could access it myself here at home but I couldn't it's not accessible without a password.

I emailed VW to see if there was anything. I got a nice message back from a girl named Veronica. She told me there weren't any brochures made (who really knows). She did say she was sending me a 2010 NB brochure, a copy of the press release on the FE, and a couple foam knuckles from the Punch Dub promotion. Still can't complain. It's free swag!

What's the point of making a secret limited edition vehicle? You'd think they'd want to advertise these just a little bit.


Maybe they don't have to, but it seems if people came in to see the limited editions they'd maybe go home with a different car. Getting people there is probably half the battle.

I know they had a Red Rock on the lot for $22+k - it sure was purty!
(I think my wife is trying to find a replacement for Marvin after the transmission scare - LOL)

The final editions got more publicity than the Red Rocks. When I emailed about the RR's the official response from VW was that because of the limited amount no information was put out but they'd look and see if they had any.

VW is notoriously terrible with brocheuring their stuff though. When they stopped producing S, SE, and SEL trim jettas this year and just went to limited's and wolfsburg's, we didn't even have brochuers for either trim. On top of that, they only just got on the website with 'em like, 2 weeks ago. So don't expect it. We had to memorize the features, lol.

I want to get the Final Edition badges though for my beetle. Just because, hahah.

There's brochures on the Limited and Wolfsburg Jettas. They're single page deals though. I got them in my collection.
