2.5 Acre Parcel to trade for Vintage Bug

I would like to acquire a 68+ autostick Beetle as a secondary car to my 98' NB. As I do not have the funds to purchase one outright, I would like to trade a 2.5 acre parcel of land in Oregon. The property is 30 miles east of Klamath Falls in beutiful high desert, ranch country. Great spot for a cabin or vacation home (close to lakes, rivers, etc.) especially if you enjoy the outdoors (fishing, hunting, boating, birding, hiking, etc.). The lot has a natural building pad, has access to a community well (only a few parcels have this access), is surrounded by forest land, and has very few building restrictions. Lots are currently selling for $10-13k. I bought this property as an investment approximatley 7 years ago for $10k. Before the market downturn it was worth $20k. The winter weather in Klamath is too cold for me, so I scrapped my plans for building a retirement home on the property. Taxes are currently $60 per year.
