The 2012 Tail Of Tail Of The Dragon T-shirt sale/group buy.

This sale is open to all- TOD attendees or not. Last years sale was an enormous success this years edition will be even bigger.

PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE ORDERING

*All prices are USD
*All garments are Men's sizes
*All prices cover the expense of producing the garments. This is NOT a profit-making effort. This sale is only to provide a quality product for all who desire TOD swag.

TOD wear:
ToD art is printed on Guildan sportwear T-shirts and Sweatshirts, a choice product for silkscreening.
This product has extremely little shrinkage; so much so, it can be said that there is virtually NO SHRINKAGE.

Cutoff date for ordering will be: Sunday April 8th, 2011.
This is to give the screen printer adequate time to fulfill the order and for me to confirm all orders and to ship to all non-attending customers.


PLACING YOUR ORDER

ORDERING METHOD
1.Post your order here on this thread. Expressing your desire on another thread is ok BUT you order will be taken on THIS THREAD ONLY. But wait..... THIS DOES NOT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER... there's more.

2.When I receive your PayPal, money order or check, which corresponds to your order request, only then will your order be complete. You telling me, "put me down for xxx item" IS NOT A COMPLETE ORDER, NOR WILL IT BE RECEIVED AS SUCH UNTIL MONEY IS RECEIVED. No money- no order.

3.All Payments must be received before the cutoff date of Sunday, April 8th. It's a cutoff date for a reason.

4. Sending payment for your swag IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT MINE. If you fail to send your money, and corresponding order, regardless of your intent or request, will be deemed void- no swag for you.

Tracking these orders is an extremely busy task for me. I cannot track you down for your order/payment. If you fail to pay for your product or it's not received before APRIL 8, your order will not be processed.

order disbursement and shipping

Orders for TOD attendees will be disbursed Friday afternoon/evening at the TOD Central- Ridge Top Motel and at Saturday morning breakfast at Jimmy Mac's.

If you've ordered and you're NOT attending ToD, I will need your shipping address. One option for shipping your TOD Swag would be via Flat Rate Priority Mail-

I will be happy to assist with your shipping prices- what goes in what box and how much.

Our silkscreener, along with yours truly, have created a fail safe to assure ALL ORDERS will be fulfilled correctly. The aforementioned, along with you submitting your order in a timely fashion, will further assure the fulfillment of your correct order.

Color palettes:

The color of the artwork is true. The shirt colors are a close facsimile of what you'll be purchasing.

All graphics are on a clean background. No spots or splotches on the finished work displayed on your garments.

The front design will be as before- placed on the left front pocket area.

Front art, as it's placed on the FRONT of the shirt

Al - the design is amazing! I can only imagine how much work you've already put into this, and how much more work you will put into it - so thank you for everything!

OK - I know exactly what I want to order....here it goes:

T-shirts, short sleeve

1 XL, white
1 L, white

Hoodie

1 L, Tan

That's a total of 2 T-shirts ($24) plus 1 Hoodie ($24.50) for a total (minus shipping) of $48.50.

I'm prepared to send you payment immediately. But I just need help with the shipping cost. I'm at 37922 if that's needed (I am not exactly sure how all this works).

Sorry if I'm doing this all wrong - HAHA! I'm new to this but ready to get my order in.

It's like Euro meets the Far East. I like the Black ones the best and will put my order in for a couple of XL Tees shortly. Maybe even a XXL one. The XL's usually fit me until I wash them then they are like a size too small. Perhaps I should get XXL's just to be safe.
Do you know what brand T-Shirts you will be using? Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Christian Dior or China Express

Had to go with the Far East flair this year, being that 2012 is the Chinese year of the dragon... quite fitting for ToD:;

As Warren said, this stuff holds up just fine. My swag from last year that I wear very often, is in great shape. As a matter of fact, my shirt from Al is in better shape than the one from Deals Gap.
