Almost time to retire my New Beetle, and am looking at a Golf 2 dr TDI. Anyone familiar with these? Pros/Cons?

Thanks for the website info. I was on another website forum, but it seemed more modded GTI owners than anything else. I ended up buying a 2011 Golf TDI. Miss my NB, but it went to a good home. Can't beat the TDI fuel mileage.
