How to get technical help?
I have some technical questions about my '05 Jetta. I've asked various dealerships about these questions; they can't answer, and they make no effort to find an answer. I call VW Customer CARE, they say they rely on the dealers for all technical questions.
I'm very frustrated I've been buying VWs for 40 years, and I recall going to the dealer where the service guys would know everything about the cars, and they took pride in their cars and service.
