Red plastic "last ditch" trunk lid opener.

I cannot find the part number for the Red Plastic pull cord that is the last ditch way to open the trunk lid if the electric motor and the "Jimmy Hoffa" lever fail.

It broke off, and I cannot find the part number on any of the schematics online, and I must be talking to the wrong person at the dealer because they say the part doesn't exist (as I put it on the counter in front of them)!

Any help is appreciated.

It doesn't give a part number, and I can't find a part number on the piece I pulled out of the trunk lid.

I'd guess the "ring" goes around part of the actuator on the latch?

I'll call this part company after the Holiday.
