This is my 2006 NB Sunflower Yellow TDI, It's come to be known as Bumblebee or Bumble for short, it's as bubbly as a bumble bee and has enough sting...until the upgrades:D

First off...MODs
I really don't have many mods, so far I have put in a K&N filter and custom pinstripes on the hatch/spoiler and sorry to say that's it for now (too many bills to buy mods for now):(
Future Mods
I plan on doing a ventectomy soon (been putting it off)
CCV Mod
New Wheels (Black OZ Super Turismo GTs 17s)
Exhaust
Bullydog Computer
New Garrett 17/22 VNT Turbo

Anyone Interested where I got my Pinstripes, they were completely hand painted by a local here in Kentucky, he lives in Flatwoods, KY. Darin Allen of Killer Designs By Darin Allen and I plan on getting more custom paint from him, I have come up with a design to symbolize that he's a TDI without writing TDI or Got Diesel or something of that nature.

Thanks:D He is really good, what he did for me he did all by hand. I have a couple other things I would like him to do for me and hopefully I will get that done soon here. He also does airbrushing, lettering, and I think custom paint...not sure about that though. Just go and check out his website Killer Designs By Darin Allen plenty of pictures on there for examples, and if you don't see something and have your own idea, he can do it.

Thanks:D I will have to keep that in mind, I'll let you know that the wheels aren't perfect, the first owner (just before me) was a little abusive to him and curbed the wheels a couple times, not really bad but a couple show a scar or two. Email me if you would like some of those pictures to see what I am talking about.

Well I finally decided I am going with these wheels:

Drag 17" R34 Charcoal Grey

Got to see them in person and they even had it next to mine to check out how it looked. I didn't have my camera with me though to show how it looked here:( oh well, at least I know what wheels I'm getting :)

Got a couple new photos and a custom design for this TDI that I have come up with, haven't had it done yet but I will soon and will add the pix for it once it's done.
First set of pictures is of a foggy morning and Bumble was playing around with his high beams and fogs to see his light pattern.

This one shows a good pattern/angle of what the lights on the 2006+ NBs have...

This one reminds me of a bug (pun intended lol) near a light at night...

This last one is the design I have come up with. None of the TDI NBs really have TDI written on them, not around here at least. But there are tons of VWs that do have TDI written on them and also lots of trucks that have DIESEL written on them somewhere so I wanted to do something unique. I looked up the chemical formula of Diesel which is C12H23. So I made up a replica of what it might look like in molecule form and this is what I came up with.

Let me know what you think, comments always welcome along with ideas.

Thanks Junior. You should see him now though, this winter hasn't been nice to Bumble and he's a little dirty. Also I had to park him for the moment until I get a new Dual Mass Flywheel for the transmission. I miss driving my NB  I can't wait to get him fixed and back on the road. I already promised him that when he is back to normal, I am taking him on some back roads around my area with those nice windy roads and we're gonna have a little fun. He loves windy roads. Hope this year I will be able to work on him a little more and get some more stuff done to him that I have been procrastinating about lol.

Well Bumble and I found one of his older long lost cousins at a local fueling station.
Here they are catching up on times.

Here is a design I came up with for a local club a friend and I are planning on starting, this is just pieced together but my friend is putting on some final touchs (he's real big in arts)
